Spellbinders You Got Game Tutorial

Hello friends, thank you for stopping by today!  I am have a tutorial for Spellbinders to share with you today - my card today's has been specifically designed for a masculine birthday - my sons infact!  When I saw this Die I knew it would be perfect - he is a gamer and it could not be more perfect for him - you have to love that!


Combine it with Dies and embossing folder by licensed Designer Seth Apter and it could not be easier!  Follow along with the tutorial and you will see just how easy it is.

1. Cut one You've Got Game Computer and controller using black card stock.
2. Cut one You've Got Game Computer in white 
3. Trim the white computer to create a screen and adhere to the black computer.

4. Cut one black and one white You've Got Game sentiment.
5. Glue the white sentiment to the back, slightly offsetting to create a shadow effect.
6. Adhere to the computer screen using liquid glue.

7. Emboss blue patterned paper using the Gridiron Embossing Folder
8.Lightly Sand using a sanding block.
9. Adhere to a pre-cut white card base .
10. Cut/emboss one inner Periscope  Die using white card stock.
11.Sponge the Periscope  Die using Imagine inks.

12. Glue the Periscope  Die to the layered card front.
13.Pop up the Die cut Computer onto the Periscope using 3D Foam Squares
14.Glue the cord of the Hand Controller to the console and pop the controller up on a small black 3D Foam Square.
15.Colour the buttons on the controller and apply a coat of Pico Embellisher in Shimmer - allow to dry.
16. Adhere a computer generated sentiment to the lower right side of the card.


Other Supplies: White and Black card stock; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: E-Z Adhesive Runner, 3D Foam Squares; Liquid Glue;  Imagine: Memento Ink in Teal Zeal, Rhubarb Stalk, Dandelion; irRESISTibles Pico Embellisher in Shimmer; White Gel Pen
